"..."appendix" and "footnote" are both singular, but "addenda" is plural. Bad clue. The singular of "addenda" is "addendum". Change the clue to indicate plurality, like "appendices, footnotes"...."

"...Pretty good puzzle overall. I agree with some of the comments that some clues were a little off, like 6D (cuisine is always used in reference to a certain style or quality of cooking,not just food) and I suppose an alibi can be a person, like "my alibi vouched for me"... And decease IS also a verb. But keep up the good work: practice makes perfect...."
